Solution 02
Effluent treatment plants (ETP)
Effluent treatment for pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, food and engineering plants. We start from your inlet analysis and consent conditions, then size the physico-chemical, biological and tertiary stages against the parameters that actually bind you.
- Physico-chemical
- Biological
- Tertiary

Process and technologies
Physico-chemical
pH correction, coagulation and flocculation with CLOTMASTER and FLOCMASTER dosing to strip colour, oil and suspended load.
Biological
Aerobic or anaerobic stages sized to the biodegradable fraction; EXO-OXYGENATOR raises oxygen transfer where COD load is high.
Tertiary
Pressure sand and activated carbon filtration, then UF/RO where discharge norms or reuse targets demand it.
Sludge handling
Thickening plus filter press to reduce hazardous-sludge disposal volume and cost.
Typical performance
Inlet against outlet
Representative ranges from delivered plants. Guaranteed values are fixed against your own inlet analysis and consent conditions at proposal stage.

- Food processing
| Parameter | Inlet | Outlet |
|---|---|---|
| COD | 2,000–8,000 mg/L | < 250 mg/L |
| BOD | 800–3,000 mg/L | < 30 mg/L |
| TSS | 500–2,000 mg/L | < 100 mg/L |
| Oil & grease | 50–200 mg/L | < 10 mg/L |
Reference
Leachate treatment plant, Bhiwandi–Atkoli, Thane
High-COD, high-TDS landfill leachate treated to discharge norms on a constrained site. 400 KLD, inlet COD 6,000–8,000 mg/L brought below 250 mg/L at the outlet, commissioned 2024.

Sewage treatment plants (STP)
Municipal and township sewage treated to CPCB/MPCB discharge and reuse norms.
Zero liquid discharge (ZLD)
No effluent leaves the boundary — water returns to process, salts leave as solids.
RO & UF systems
Membrane trains sized for the feed you actually have, not the brochure case.
Request an assessment
Tell us your ETP requirement.
Give us the parameters you have — flow, COD, BOD, TDS, consent conditions — and an engineer responds with a treatment scheme, a footprint and an indicative cost. No obligation, no sales sequence.
- 01
Share your inlet data
Flow, COD, BOD, TDS, pH, consent conditions — whatever you have.
- 02
Engineer reviews within 24 h
A process engineer, not a sales rep, studies the parameters.
- 03
Receive scheme + estimate
Treatment train, footprint, indicative cost and next steps.
