Solution 06
Filtration, O&M and AMC
Filtration packages and long-term operation and maintenance. We operate plants we built and plants we did not — taking over underperforming assets, restoring compliance, and running them under a measurable service contract with defined outlet parameters and reporting.

Process and technologies
Filtration packages
Pressure sand, multigrade, activated carbon, iron removal and bag or cartridge filtration as standalone or integrated stages.
Operation
Trained operators on site, daily log sheets, consumable planning and statutory-return support to MPCB.
Maintenance
Preventive schedules for blowers, pumps, dosing systems and membranes, plus a spares protocol that avoids unplanned shutdowns.
Revival & retrofit
Diagnosis of failing plants — hydraulic overload, dead biomass, fouled membranes — and the minimum intervention that restores compliance.
Typical performance
Inlet against outlet
Representative ranges from delivered plants. Guaranteed values are fixed against your own inlet analysis and consent conditions at proposal stage.

| Parameter | Inlet | Outlet |
|---|---|---|
| Compliance uptime | — | ≥ 95% of sampled days within consent |
| Reporting | — | Monthly parameter log and statutory returns |
| Site response | — | Within 24 hours in MMR, 48 hours elsewhere in Maharashtra |
Reference
Multi-site AMC across industrial and institutional plants
Operation, consumables and statutory reporting under a single contract. Over 100 plants delivered or serviced to date across government, industrial and residential sites, with monthly parameter logs and MPCB returns handled for AMC clients.

Sewage treatment plants (STP)
Municipal and township sewage treated to CPCB/MPCB discharge and reuse norms.
Effluent treatment plants (ETP)
Industrial effluent brought inside consent limits, with recovery designed in from day one.
Zero liquid discharge (ZLD)
No effluent leaves the boundary — water returns to process, salts leave as solids.
Request an assessment
Tell us your O&M / AMC requirement.
Give us the parameters you have — flow, COD, BOD, TDS, consent conditions — and an engineer responds with a treatment scheme, a footprint and an indicative cost. No obligation, no sales sequence.
- 01
Share your inlet data
Flow, COD, BOD, TDS, pH, consent conditions — whatever you have.
- 02
Engineer reviews within 24 h
A process engineer, not a sales rep, studies the parameters.
- 03
Receive scheme + estimate
Treatment train, footprint, indicative cost and next steps.
