Solution 01
Sewage treatment plants (STP)
Turnkey sewage treatment for townships, campuses, municipal bodies and industrial colonies — designed, fabricated, installed, commissioned and operated by one accountable contractor. Capacities from 10 KLD package units to multi-MLD civil plants.

Process and technologies
MBR
Submerged membranes replace secondary clarification, producing filtered effluent suitable for direct reuse in flushing, cooling and landscaping.
MBBR
Moving-bed carriers raise biomass density in a compact footprint — the usual retrofit route when load grows but land does not.
SBR
Time-sequenced batch treatment with integral nutrient removal; well suited to variable municipal diurnal flow.
Extended aeration ASP
Low-maintenance conventional route for stable domestic loads where reuse is not required.
Typical performance
Inlet against outlet
Representative ranges from delivered plants. Guaranteed values are fixed against your own inlet analysis and consent conditions at proposal stage.
Industries served
- Government / Municipal
- Real estate & townships
- Institutional campuses
| Parameter | Inlet | Outlet |
|---|---|---|
| BOD | 250–350 mg/L | < 10 mg/L |
| COD | 500–700 mg/L | < 50 mg/L |
| TSS | 300–450 mg/L | < 10 mg/L |
| Fecal coliform | — | < 100 MPN/100 mL |

Municipal STP under Jal Jeevan Mission / AMRUT
Executed as an MJP-approved contractor with commissioning, operator training and O&M handover. Three village schemes of 100 KLD each (0.3 MLD total) at Bhiwandi, completed 2024, serving roughly 6,000 people to IS 10500 quality.

Effluent treatment plants (ETP)
Industrial effluent brought inside consent limits, with recovery designed in from day one.
Zero liquid discharge (ZLD)
No effluent leaves the boundary — water returns to process, salts leave as solids.
RO & UF systems
Membrane trains sized for the feed you actually have, not the brochure case.
Request an assessment
Tell us your STP requirement.
Give us the parameters you have — flow, COD, BOD, TDS, consent conditions — and an engineer responds with a treatment scheme, a footprint and an indicative cost. No obligation, no sales sequence.

Share your inlet data
Flow, COD, BOD, TDS, pH, consent conditions — whatever you have.
- 02
Engineer reviews within 24 h
A process engineer, not a sales rep, studies the parameters.
